By booking with Porchside Patch, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. Because we provide a seasonal, service-based installation, no refunds or returns are offered.

• Scheduling. Installations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates and times are subject to availability.

• Access. Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to their porch or entryway on the scheduled installation date.

• Liability. Porchside Patch is not responsible for natural wear, weather-related damage, or customer handling after installation.

• Communication. Please contact us within 24 hours of installation if there are any issues, and we will do our best to resolve them.
